Lookout · the monitoring

Someone watching, around the clock.

Your computers, your office network and your email accounts, watched day and night. When something looks wrong, you get a text that says what happened and what to do.

  • Agents on every computer: Windows, Mac and Linux
  • An optional sensor box that watches the office network
  • Microsoft 365 or Google account monitoring
  • Every alert explained in plain English, plus a report every month

Six areas, sixty-nine checks.

Everything below runs automatically against the systems you own, and only with your written permission.

Email spoofing

  • SPF record present, correct and not too loose
  • DMARC present and actually enforced
  • DKIM signing in place
  • Mail servers checked against spam blocklists
  • Catches the gap behind invoice fraud and gift-card scams

Network exposure

  • Remote Desktop (RDP) open to the internet
  • Windows file sharing (SMB) exposed
  • Databases reachable from outside
  • Telnet, FTP, VNC, exposed printers and cameras
  • Remote admin panels and an oversized attack surface

Website

  • Served over HTTPS, with proper redirects
  • Security headers and secure cookies
  • Exposed .git, .env, backups, config and log files
  • Open admin panels and directory listings
  • Outdated WordPress, user leaks, known plugin flaws

Encryption

  • Certificate expired or expiring soon
  • Certificate matches the site name and is trusted
  • Outdated TLS versions still allowed
  • Weak ciphers and weak keys
  • Flags the problems that fail payment-card (PCI) rules

DNS & domain

  • Forgotten subdomains that can be hijacked
  • DNS servers that leak the whole network map
  • Domain registration about to expire (a full outage risk)
  • Registrar transfer lock and DNSSEC

Reputation & exposure

  • Domain or server on a malware or phishing blocklist
  • Staff emails showing up in known data breaches
  • Known vulnerabilities (CVEs) in the software you run
  • Default or factory passwords still accepted

Each finding becomes one plain-English item in your report: what it is, why it matters to your business, and exactly how to fix it. One critical issue, like an exposed database, caps the overall grade, so the score can never look reassuring while something serious is open.

The honest part.

We never call it a penetration test.A penetration test means a person actively tries to break in. Perimeter is an honest automated assessment: it shows what is exposed. When you need proof of what can actually be broken into, we refer a qualified tester.
Nobody can promise you won’t be hacked.Security lowers the risk and shortens the time to respond. The terms say that plainly, and your monthly report shows exactly what was covered.
Nothing runs without your signature.Every scan needs a signed authorization first. Every business is kept separate, and monitoring never reads the contents of your files or emails.

Questions, answered straight.

  • The free website check works today: it reads your public pages the way visitors and Google see them and tells you if anything looks hacked. Perimeter and Lookout are opening soon. Tell us about your business and you’ll be on the first list.

  • For Perimeter, almost nothing: sign the scan authorization and read the report. For Lookout, install a one-line agent on each computer (or we do it with you over a screen share) and, if you want the office network covered, plug in a small sensor box. Setup is one short call.

  • The AI decides how urgent it is. Routine noise goes into your monthly report. A real, serious event sends you a plain-English text with what happened and what to do. You set the threshold and quiet hours, so you are not woken for nothing.

  • Antivirus tries to block known bad files on one computer. Lookout watches the whole picture: logins, network traffic, account changes, new devices and settings that drift. Keep your antivirus; this sits above it.

  • No, and the terms say so plainly. Security lowers the risk and shortens the time to respond; nobody can guarantee prevention. The monthly report always shows exactly what was covered.

  • Every business is kept separate from every other one, staff actions are logged, and no scan ever runs without your written permission. Monitoring watches for problems; it does not read the contents of your files or emails.
