1. The program
Program name: Station AI business messaging (on behalf of the business you contacted).
Station AI powers text messaging for local businesses. When you text with a business that uses Station AI, the messages come from that specific business — Station provides the technology that sends and receives them on the business's behalf.
2. What messages you'll receive
Messages come from the specific business you contacted and may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders;
- Replies to inquiries you sent to that business (by text, web chat, or form);
- Review requests after a visit or service;
- Service updates from that business.
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the business.
3. How you opt in
You opt in by providing your phone number to a business through its own forms, booking flows, or chat — for example, when you book an appointment, fill out a contact form, or start a text conversation with that business. Your consent is to receive messages from that specific business, not from other businesses.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Under the TCPA, agreeing to receive text messages is never required to buy any product or service from the business.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Station and the businesses using Station AI do not charge you for receiving messages.
5. Opting out — STOP
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Opt-out is immediate and honored platform-wide — you will receive one final confirmation of your opt-out and nothing further from that number. You can re-subscribe at any time by replying START or by opting in again through the business.
6. Getting help — HELP
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email main@station.solutions. For questions about a specific conversation, appointment, or service, contact the business you were messaging with directly.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability.
8. Your privacy
Phone numbers and message content are processed on behalf of the business you contacted, as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep records of opt-ins and opt-outs as proof of consent. We never sell personal data.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS terms from time to time; the effective date above will always be current. Material changes will be posted here.
