Toll-free number (844) 493-6381 · Station Automations Group LLC · Prepared August 10, 2026

This page documents how consumers give consent to receive SMS from Station's toll-free number, for carrier and messaging-provider review. It shows the live opt-in form, the exact consent language, and how that language maps to each declared use case.

1. Who is sending

Legal entity: Station Automations Group LLC · DBA: Station · EIN 42-3198774

Address: 1856 Branard St, Houston, TX 77098, US

Website: https://station.solutions · Contact: main@station.solutions

Number in question: +1 (844) 493-6381 — Station's own number, used to message people who contact Station directly. It is not used to message on behalf of any other business.

2. Where the opt-in happens

Consent is collected on a public web form at https://station.solutions/audit/ — a visitor requests a free front-office audit. The same consent block also appears on the homepage sign-up band at https://station.solutions/.

3. The exact consent language

The SMS consent checkbox reads, verbatim:

Text me about my audit, my account, and occasional Station tips & offers. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. SMS terms · Privacy

Customer care "about my audit, my account"

"Hi {{contact.first_name}}, this is Station — sorry we missed your call! How can we help? Reply here and we'll text you right back. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

"{{contact.first_name}}, your free Station website & marketing audit is ready: [link]. Reply with any questions. Reply STOP to opt out."

"Reminder: your call with Station is at {{appointment.start_time}}. Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out."

Marketing "and occasional Station tips & offers" "Station: this month's tip for getting more booked calls from your website — [link]. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
Sent only to contacts who ticked the SMS consent box.

Both use cases are named in a single checkbox, so a consumer who ticks it has consented to both, and a consumer who does not tick it receives neither.
