SMS messaging terms

1. Program description. The BidBridge messaging program sends text messages to home-service contractors who join the BidBridge referral network through our website at https://station.solutions/bidbridge/join/ and explicitly opt in to receive SMS. Opt-in is collected through web form checkboxes that are unchecked by default: one for transactional messages (confirmations of joining, job referrals the contractor has asked for, introductions to other contractors, and follow-ups on referrals) and a separate one for marketing messages (offers of new referral jobs and of BidBridge's paid referral service).

2. Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. We will confirm your unsubscribe by SMS, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again on our join form.

3. Support. Reply "HELP" for assistance, email main@station.solutions, or call (405) 814-0793 during business hours.

4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies with your referral activity. For questions about your plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported carriers. The program works with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, and most regional carriers.

7. Age. You must be 18 or older to participate.

8. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy.

We comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.

General terms

This website section and the BidBridge service are operated by Station Automations Group LLC ("we" or "us"). By using them you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service. BidBridge introduces contractors to each other for business-to-business job referrals. We do not perform construction work, guarantee any contractor's work, or take part in any contract between contractors or with homeowners. Each contractor is responsible for its own licensing, insurance, pricing and workmanship.

Fees. Sending work is free. A crew's first job is free; after that, BidBridge charges $250 per job to quote, or $497 per month for a network membership, billed through Stripe. Membership is month to month and may be cancelled at any time by emailing main@station.solutions.

Intellectual property. Site content belongs to Station Automations Group LLC and is provided for your use of the service only.

Disclaimers. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for dealings between contractors or between contractors and homeowners.

Termination. We may suspend access to the service if these Terms are violated.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes. We may update these Terms; the effective date above will always be current.
