Important notice regarding text messaging data
Station Automations Group LLC, which operates BidBridge ("we," "us," or "our"), does not share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.
1. Information we collect
- Personal information: name, company, trade, city, email address, phone number, and mailing address if you provide it.
- Payment information when you buy a BidBridge service (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).
- Opt-in records and timestamps for every communication channel (SMS, email).
- Records of the job referrals, introductions and follow-ups we handle for you.
- Non-personal information such as IP address, browser and device type, and basic website usage.
2. How we use your information
- To run the BidBridge referral network: matching jobs, making introductions you agree to, and following up.
- To communicate with you about your account, referrals and, if you opt in, offers of new referral jobs and our paid referral service.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and keep records of your communication preferences and consent.
3. SMS messaging
- You will only receive text messages if you explicitly opt in on our join form.
- We keep timestamped records of every opt-in and opt-out.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or email main@station.solutions.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS data protection statement
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Information sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. When you agree to an introduction, we share your name, company and phone number with that one contractor only. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, messaging delivery, hosting), who must keep it confidential; when required by law; or in a business transfer, where this policy continues to apply. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
5. Data security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your rights and choices
